On December 6th, Zhao Guangping, Deputy Secretary of the Jiangjin District Committee and District Mayor, and Chen Ying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Wansheng Economic Development Zone, respectively led party and government delegations from Jiangjin District and Wansheng Economic Development Zone to conduct inspections, to renew friendship, discuss cooperation, and seek common development, continuously consolidating and expanding the good situation and positive results of regional counterpart cooperation and development. The delegations from the two places successively visited Houba Base of Lu Yu (Shouguang) Vegetable Modern Industrial Park, Chongqing Haitong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Chongqing Tianbang Food Co., Ltd., Liu Bocheng's former residence, Huacheng Red Education Base and other places to gain in-depth understanding of the development of modern agriculture, the construction of high-tech zones, and the creation of red tourism in our district.

Yang Hong warmly welcomes the delegations from Jiangjin District and Wansheng Economic Development Zone to conduct inspections. He said that promoting high-quality development through coordinated efforts is a "must answer question" that Kaizhou, Jiangjin, and Wansheng must do well, with a great responsibility and glorious mission. Since the coordinated development of targeted cooperation, Jiangjin and Wansheng have always adhered to the dual approach of assistance and collaboration, giving equal importance to blood transfusion and hematopoiesis. They have provided strong support to Kaizhou in industrial cooperation, talent exchange, and financial support, and have achieved fruitful results in a large number of collaborative projects. Currently, Kaizhou District is actively seizing national strategies and major opportunities, fully leveraging its comparative advantages and latecomer advantages, accelerating the construction of a modern new Kaizhou with "one pole, two major areas, and three districts", and striving to create a benchmark demonstration for high-quality development of mountainous and reservoir areas throughout the city. We hope to join hands with Jiangjin and Wansheng, continue to work together, strengthen complementary advantages, promote industrial synergy, people's livelihood, green development and other aspects of innovation, and jointly create a "model city" for coordinated development of counterparts, so as to make greater contributions to writing the chapter of Chinese path to modernization in Chongqing.

Zhao Guangping said that in recent years, Kaizhou has fully implemented the new development concept, continuously strengthened its innovation momentum, and the economic and social development trend has continued to improve. Many good experiences and practices are worth learning from for Jiangjin. Kaizhou is connected to Jiangjin by a river, with a close cultural connection. The cooperation has a long history and a solid foundation. We hope that the two districts will continue to deepen the implementation of the agreement on coordinated development, promote industrial synergy with greater efforts, promote urban-rural integration with more practical measures, strengthen technological synergy in a better way, deepen open cooperation at a higher level, and effectively promote the fruitful results of coordinated development and the continuation of the friendship between the two districts.

Chen Ying said that in recent years, Kaizhou has focused on the primary task of high-quality development, firmly grasped industry and investment promotion, cultivated and developed new quality productive forces according to local conditions, accelerated the construction of a "smart manufacturing hub" in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and an important green industrial cluster in the city, and achieved gratifying achievements in the economic and social development of the entire region. The good experience and practices of Kaizhou's development are worth learning and drawing on by Wansheng. We hope that both sides will continue to adhere to the principles of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit, and collaborative linkage", strengthen exchanges and cooperation, form complementary advantages, and strive to promote greater achievements in technology integration, industrial interconnection, and people's livelihood mutual benefit. Together, we will demonstrate new achievements and make new contributions in serving the construction of a modern new Chongqing.
